Interactive Learning Tools
Interactive Learning Tools (ILTs) are designed to increase professional knowledge within various subsets of the teacher performance standards used in the Stronge Evaluation System and identified in Qualities of Effective Teachers (3rd ed.) (Stronge, 2018).
The ILTs may be used for:
- • teacher and administrator growth and development.
- • asynchronous learning through your LMS; and
- • synchronous learning with a district facilitator.
Through videos of K-12 classrooms, practical exercises, reflections, self-assessments, and collaboration, the ILTs provide research-based support and engaging learning. The modules include a short topical reading based on the latest research, video snippets (as applicable), and a participant handout with practical takeaway activities. Each module is available as a weblink and can also be uploaded to your Learning Management System.

- • Fewer than 500 students: $250 per ILT; $1,600 for 8 ILTs
- • 501 - 2,000 students: $400 per ILT; $2,650 for 8 ILTs
- • 2,001 - 5,000 students: $550 per ILT; $3,700 for 8 ILTs
- • 5,001 - 20,000 students: $800 per ILT; $5,450 for 8 ILTs
